Jordan got his start in behavioral health in Los Angeles & San Francisco, then managing multiple provider companies before leaving to start The Recovery Guides.
Joe Regan, CIP
Director of Intervention & Investigation
Joe Regan is a licensed private investigator in California and Pennsylvania as well as a Certified Intervention Professional through the Pennsylvania Certification Board.
Joe has facilitated hundreds of adult and adolescent interventions with over 2,500 hours of direct intervention experience over the last seven years.
Theodore Puccio, CAI
Director of Operations
Theo Puccio is an experienced interventionist and care manager who strongly emphasizes the role of the family in his work. He is a Certified ARISE Interventionist, experienced in multiple intervention modalities. He takes great pride in the fact that he's helped hundreds of families and individuals navigate a successful treatment journey.
Since transferring from the University of Chicago, he continues to study psychology at CU Boulder. It's his belief that education is a lifelong process and he has something to learn from each and every client.
Emily Schrader, LPC, CAS
Clinical Case Manager
Emily is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addictions Specialist in Colorado. She has over 17 years of experience working in the behavioral health field in the areas of treatment, case management, consultation, training, and advocacy. She has served as Clinical Director of medical detox & assessment programs.
Her passion lies in helping clients and families navigate behavioral health struggles with compassion and understanding. Emily’s expertise is in case management utilizing clinical guidance through assessment, education, collaboration with treating providers, and engagement with family, friends, and community.

Jaela is an experienced care manager, coach and sober companion who has held a wide variety of positions within the field of behavioral health.
She holds certifications as a registered behavior technician and professional crisis management practitioner and is pursuing her masters in clinical mental health counseling to become a licensed professional counselor.
Alex Cable
Recovery Specialist
Alex Cable is an experienced interventionist and recovery coach. After playing D1 Football, Alex began working in behavioral health. After involvement in operations and admissions, he pivoted into working with families directly.

Ashley Brickman is an experienced care manager, sober companion, and licensed Emergency Medical Technician based in Los Angeles, CA. She is experienced managing large caseloads with the People's Concern and is working towards her medical degree.
